Morris Ten saloon 1938

Morris Ten saloon 1938. Outside 'The Thatched Barn' hotel in Borehamwood Hertsfordshire. A hotel porter helps to unload the luggage from the boot for a woman guest and her party. The Thatched Barn was built in the 1930s and later bought by Billy Butlin. During World War Two it was a base for training spies and later it became associated with Elstree Film Studios and was used as a location for series such as 'The Saint' and 'The Prisoner' before being demolished in 1989.
